Moving

is lame. I hate it. Plus, I've been without the internet for, like, a week. How did I survive? Beats me, but I almost hugged the cable guy today when he installed it. We are finally in San Diego now...well almost, I have a final to take on Friday so I'll be at my Mom's for another week. I'll Post pics of Mike's graduation and all that when I finally get settled here in San Diego! Oh and I'll send out X-mas cards (hopefully not late) with the new addy and all that.

What's all the Skype...

I got to see Michael for the first time since the beginning of September. Not in person but we got to video conference using Skype...which is awesome and free. Here's a couple of pics of him.

I miss him so much, but I get to go to his graduation in 27 days! And he gets to fly home with me! I can't wait!

Almost there

We are finally over the hump. This week marked Mike's half-way point at the academy! He is doing really great. He's doing well on tests and physical training; he even gets to do fun stuff sometimes. Today he got to go the Carlsbad Caves. I really miss him and I know that he's feeling a little homesick, so if you want to leave him comments here that would be great. He can log on and read them during his free time. Maybe I'll convince him to write a post of his own soon. I also sent him a camera so hopefully there will be pictures of him soon! I am so excited that we are almost together again...being apart has been really hard. But I also have a million things to do before he gets home...better get it in gear!

I'm not a vegetarian

but if I'm gonna eat an animal the very least I can do is make sure it lives with dignity and dies without pain! Vote yes on Prop 2 (if for no other reason than it will help ensure safer food).

I've been thinking...

I've been seriously contemplating starting my own Pet Sitting and Dog Walking business. I know a lot about pets, I'm trustworthy, etc. You guys know me best...tell me what you think. Would you hire me to take care of your pet?
